This game is the inspired work of my friend, Leif "Alex" Garretson, and is being carried on by Jason Palenski and a small group of others to see Alex's dream come to fruition.
I am very glad to have known Alex, and cannot properly put into words the state of mind I was in when I learned that he had died. Alex was one of those people who was just bigger than life, always doing something and who's presence was noticed the minute he walked into a room.
I hope that all of you who come here get a chance and look at some of the other things that Alex has done in helping with the Zaon game system as well, but to me the challenge is taking the gun designs my friend came up with and making airsoft replicas of them. This is how I choose to continue his memory, and I hope that some of you get a chance to see them on here or in the field of play some day.
