I own this particular movie on DVD, and think it is one of the best animated movies I have ever watched! John Woo helped with this film, acting as director, and his touches are evident everywhere in this film, adding a lot of flare to the overall film.
I will post more on it when I get a chance, but for now, here is the DVD cover art;
