Well, this was not an Emmy winner by any stretch of the imagination, however it did have some cool ideas for people to use in their Sci-fi impressions, nearly all of which can be store bought. A lot of soccer and hockey pads/armor, some BMX/MX armor and the first time I can recall seeing a TAVOR used in a movie! Basically they were doing a poor man's version of the Aliens Colonial Marines costumes, which wasn't too bad, and introduced some ideas for first aid/medic rules, with their self injected nano probes that repair the body over time.
